Bill Youngkin has over thirty years of civil trial experience with cases ranging from medical malpractice, oil well blow-out/damage cases, personal injury/death cases, multiple party suits (65 Plaintiffs/7 Defendants), involved construction, business, oil & gas and estate dispute cases. In his career, he has had jury awards in the amount of $650,000.00 plus and settlements exceeding $1.8 million.Mr. Youngkin has handled civil appeal cases in 11 of the 14 Courts of Civil Appeals, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. He is also licensed before the Southern and Western Federal District Courts of Texas.
Matthew Doss joined the law firm in 2010. Matt graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006, majoring in history with a minor in Spanish. Matt obtained his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2009. Matt is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
His areas of practice include: oil & gas litigation and transactions; business litigation; real estate transactions and litigation; personal injury; construction law; wills and estate planning; and family law.
